Going for 7: The Yankees have won every single series so far this season and are aiming for their seventh straight win today. CC Sabathia will follow Phil Hughes's bid for a no-hitter last night by taking the mound this afternoon.
Nick at First: Nick Johnson will be playing first base while Mark Teixeira gets the day at DH. Girardi said this is just to mix things up. Also, Curtis Granderson gets the day off and Brett Gardner will be in centerfield.
Pitching and Defense: The Yankees have not committed an error in their last 12 games and their ERA over the six game winning streak is 2.12.
